Because our bespoke mod suits are made-to-order, we do not accept returns or offer refunds due to change of mind or incorrect sizing submitted by the customer.

Fit Guarantee & Alterations

We take pride in achieving the perfect fit. If your tailored mod suit arrives and does not match the agreed specifications, or you believe it has a manufacturing defect, we’re committed to resolving it.

To qualify:

Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Provide clear photos and describe the issue in detail.
We may offer:
- Free alterations
- Partial refund or remake depending on the situation

Refund Details

Refunds are only available under the following conditions:

If we cannot correct a manufacturing defect after reasonable attempts.
If the suit is significantly different from the agreed specifications.

Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment once eligibility is confirmed.

Please note:

Refunds are not issued for fit issues caused by incorrect measurements provided by the customer.
Refunds do not cover shipping or customs fees.
Change of mind or dissatisfaction with style choices is not eligible for refunds.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of custom tailoring, we do not accept returns or refunds under the following conditions:

Incorrect measurements provided by the customer
Change of mind about color, style, or design after production has started
Delays due to customs clearance or international shipping couriers (outside our control)
